Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or customer handling after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at weblog.luff.0g@icloud.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item after approval and place a new order.
